Poster Preparation Instructions

  1. The maximum dimensions of the poster are 150 × 100 cm. The poster is in portrait orientation.
  2. Make the poster as clear as possible, limit the text, give preference to graphs and schemes.
  3. Put the poster up on the board with the corresponding number (on a given day in the morning, between 10.00-10.25 in front of the Great Auditorium). Supplies for attaching the poster will be available.
  4. Posters will be available for viewing throughout both days, and dedicated space will be allocated for poster presentations during lunch breaks (see the program here for exact times) Please ensure that you are present with your poster throughout the designated poster section and ready to give a very brief summary of the main result of the work and address any questions from interested parties.
  5. Keep in mind that your presentation will be delivered to an audience primarily composed of undergraduate students of our faculty. Please tailor your presentation accordingly. Keep in mind that, unlike the standard professional conferences, listeners are often not familiar with even the basics of the issue.
